ISR Infomedia is a pioneer and forerunner in the field of industrial magazines in India. The company was founded on the 1st of April, 1993, in Calcutta, India. The company’s flagship magazine Iron and Steel Review, was first independently published in the year 1957, when India was at the foothold of industrialization. Later, the magazine was brought under the umbrella of ISR Infomedia in the year 1993. Before 1957, such intensive reporting of this sector was unheard off.

The publications are dedicated to ferrous and non-ferrous industries. Current publications include three magazines, Iron and Steel Review (monthly), Metal Asia (monthy) and Steel, Metals and Minerals International (Yearly).
